Our Unsweetened Almond and Unsweetened Vanilla milks are now made with Regenerative Organic almonds sourced from Burroughs Family Farms, located in the heart of California's San Joaquin Valley. The Burroughs family uses regenerative practices including using sheep to graze weeds and fertilize their orchards, rotating pastures to keep the sheep on fresh ground throughout the year.
The soil is covered year-round with a carefully selected blend of cover crops, protecting the soil and locking water and nutrients into the earth. Hedgerows are planted with native plants that bloom all year long, attracting local pollinators and providing shelter to several bird species. To learn more about this amazing farm, visit this link.
